- 1/4 cup whiskey
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

- 1 head of iceberg or butter lettuce, leaves separated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate diced chicken in whiskey, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
- Stir in pineapple chunks and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated.
