Description

A delightful twist on traditional lettuce wraps, combining chicken with whiskey and pineapple for a flavorful and healthy meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1/4 cup whiskey
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 head of iceberg or butter lettuce, leaves separated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate diced chicken in whiskey, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
