Description

A delightful blend of fresh peas, crispy bacon, and sharp cheddar cheese, perfect as a refreshing side dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh peas (or frozen peas, thawed)
  • 6 strips beef bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
