Description

A delicious and hearty breakfast recipe combining spicy chorizo sausage with scrambled eggs.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chorizo sausage
  • 4 Eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or butter
  • Cheese (optional)
  • Tortillas (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chorizo sausage and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Push the chorizo to one side of the skillet and pour the eggs into the empty side.
  5. Scramble the eggs until cooked to your preference, mixing with the chorizo.
