Samoa Brownies are a delightful twist on classic brownies, blending rich chocolate, caramel, and toasted coconut for a unique dessert experience.

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup shredded toasted coconut
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Melt the butter in a large bowl and mix in the sugar.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla.
- Combine the flour, cocoa powder, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in half of the toasted coconut and pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Once cooled, drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle the remaining coconut on top.
- Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over the top for extra indulgence.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream and extra caramel sauce for enhanced presentation.
