Description

Samoa Brownies are a delightful twist on classic brownies, blending rich chocolate, caramel, and toasted coconut for a unique dessert experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup shredded toasted coconut
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter in a large bowl and mix in the sugar.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. Combine the flour, cocoa powder, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Fold in half of the toasted coconut and pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Once cooled, drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle the remaining coconut on top.
  9. Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over the top for extra indulgence.
  10. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream and extra caramel sauce for enhanced presentation.
