Description

A delightful pasta salad with vibrant flavors, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (rotini or bowtie)
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 cup creamy dressing (like ranch or Italian)
  • 1 cup cheese (feta or mozzarella, cubed or crumbled)
  • 1/2 cup olives (sliced, optional)
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, sun-dried tomatoes, creamy dressing, cheese, olives, and basil.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Toss everything together until well combined.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
