Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups pecans
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1 unbaked pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the corn syrup, granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Stir in the pecans.
  4. Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust, spreading the pecans evenly.
