- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 unbaked pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the corn syrup, granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Stir in the pecans.
- Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust, spreading the pecans evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes, or until the filling is set and the top is golden brown.
