Description

Delicious and easy Garlic Butter Zucchini Skewers make for a flavorful side dish or a fun main attraction, perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into rounds
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden or metal skewers
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Season the zucchini slices with salt and pepper, then skewer them onto the skewers.
  4. Brush the garlic butter sauce generously over the zucchini skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 5-7 minutes on each side until tender and slightly charred.
  6. Remove from heat, drizzle with any remaining garlic butter, and garnish with parsley. Serve warm.

Notes

Cut zucchini into uniform slices for even cooking. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
