Description

A quick and delicious meal that combines tender beef with crunchy green beans and fragrant garlic.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef (such as flank steak or sirloin)
  • 2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions

  1. Slice the beef into thin strips.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or on a Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the beef and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
  4. Add minced garlic and stir for another minute until fragrant.
  5. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring to coat the beef evenly.
  6. Add the green beans and cook for another 5-6 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes to taste.
  8. Serve hot as a balanced meal.

Notes

Cut the beef against the grain for more tender bites. Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots for added color and nutrition.
