Description

A simple and delicious homemade garlic butter that enhances the flavors of various dishes.


Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine softened butter, minced garlic, fresh parsley, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice if using in a medium bowl.
  2. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture onto a piece of parchment paper and roll it into a log shape.
  4. Twist the ends of the parchment to seal.
  5. Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
  6. Slice and use as a spread for bread or as a topping for steak, seafood, or vegetables.
