Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package Oreo cookies (crushed)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (melting chocolate or candy melts)
  • Red, white, and blue decorative sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed Oreo cookies and softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until well blended.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Refrigerate the balls for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips according to package instructions.
  5. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  6. Decorate with red, white, and blue sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
  7. Let the chocolate set by refrigerating again until firm. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Store any leftover Oreo cream cheese balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. They can also be frozen for a couple of months, with parchment paper separating each ball.
