Description

Ingredients

  • 5 cups kale, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
  2. Combine kale, olive oil, and salt in a mixing bowl. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Place kale in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through for even cooking.
  5. Remove from air fryer and let cool before serving.
