Description

A quick and delicious dish that combines pasta, canned tuna, and fresh vegetables for a refreshing meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta (e.g., rotini or penne)
  • 1 can (5 ounces) tuna, drained
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse it under cold water to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, tuna, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and peas.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
