Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken thighs, skin side down, and sear until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Flip the thighs over and pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream.
- Bring to a simmer, then transfer the skillet to the oven.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve hot.
