- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups street corn (canned or frozen)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your preference)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Aluminum foil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine shrimp, street corn, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Lay out pieces of aluminum foil and divide the mixture among them.
- Top each packet with shredded cheese.
- Fold the foil over to create closed packets.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through and cheese is melted.
- Carefully open the packets and serve immediately.
