Description

A delicious and easy way to enjoy shrimp with street corn and gooey cheese, all cooked in a foil packet.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups street corn (canned or frozen)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your preference)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Aluminum foil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine shrimp, street corn, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Lay out pieces of aluminum foil and divide the mixture among them.
  4. Top each packet with shredded cheese.
  5. Fold the foil over to create closed packets.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through and cheese is melted.
  7. Carefully open the packets and serve immediately.
