Description

A delightful dessert that combines the rich flavors of cheesecake with Baileys Irish Cream, perfect for special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup dark chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease and line the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Gradually add sugar and continue to beat until fluffy.
  4. Add Baileys and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in sour cream and heavy cream until well combined.
  6. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Cool in the pan before transferring to the refrigerator to chill for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
  9. Top with melted dark chocolate and whipped cream if desired.
  10. Slice and serve for a decadent dessert.

Notes

Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature for a smoother mix. For an extra layer of flavor, add a splash of vanilla extract to the crust.
