- 1 pound Ground Beef (80/20 blend)
- 1/2 pound Ground Pork
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs (Italian seasoned recommended)
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 large Egg
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 cup Ketchup (plus extra for topping)
- 1 small Onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Mix until well blended.
- Add milk, Worcestershire sauce, egg, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika to the meat mixture. Gently mix until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
- On parchment paper, shape the meat mixture into a loaf about 8 inches long and evenly thick.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes.
- Mix ketchup with a tablespoon of brown sugar (if desired) and spread it over the top of the meatloaf.
- Carefully place the meatloaf in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
