Description

A quick and easy air fryer meatloaf recipe that delivers a juicy interior and a perfectly crisp exterior in just 30 minutes. Ideal for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef (80/20 blend)
  • 1/2 pound Ground Pork
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs (Italian seasoned recommended)
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 small Onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Mix until well blended.
  2. Add milk, Worcestershire sauce, egg, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika to the meat mixture. Gently mix until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
  3. On parchment paper, shape the meat mixture into a loaf about 8 inches long and evenly thick.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes.
  5. Mix ketchup with a tablespoon of brown sugar (if desired) and spread it over the top of the meatloaf.
  6. Carefully place the meatloaf in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  8. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
