Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 2 jalapeños, seeded and diced
- 1 medium red onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp honey or sugar (to taste)
Instructions
- Rinse the cranberries under cool water. Halve the jalapeños, removing seeds if desired for less heat.
- Finely chop the red onion and cilantro separately.
- In a large bowl, mash the cranberries slightly with a fork until chunky.
- Add the chopped onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and honey/sugar to the bowl; mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled meats.
