Description

An easy and customizable no-bake treat combining smooth white chocolate, chewy marshmallows, and crunchy nuts, perfect for gifts or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 200g white chocolate
  • 1 tbsp grapeseed oil
  • 100g mini marshmallows
  • 50g chopped pistachios
  • 50g shredded coconut
  • 8 glacé cherries (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pan: Lightly grease a 20cm (8″) square pan and line it with baking paper. Set aside the reserved glacé cherries for topping.
  2. Measure and arrange mix-ins: Combine marshmallows, chopped pistachios, and shredded coconut in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Melt the white chocolate: In a heatproof bowl, microwave the white chocolate and grapeseed oil in 30-second increments until smooth.
  4. Combine the mixture: Stir the melted chocolate into the marshmallow mix until evenly coated.
  5. Fill the pan: Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spread evenly, and decorate the top with reserved glacé cherries and chopped pistachios.
  6. Chill and set: Refrigerate for 3 hours until firm, then cut into chunks for serving.

Notes

Feel free to customize with different nuts, fruits, or chocolate types. Allow to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before cutting for cleaner edges.
