Description

A decadent vegan pistachio chocolate bar that’s easy to make and perfect for any occasion. With a glossy chocolate shell and a nutty filling, it’s both fancy and budget-friendly.


Ingredients

  • 200g vegan chocolate
  • 100g unsweetened pistachio butter
  • 50g roasted pistachios, chopped
  • 1 pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the vegan chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  2. Pour a layer of melted chocolate into a silicone mold.
  3. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios and add a swirl of pistachio butter.
  4. Cover with more melted chocolate and smooth the top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set.
  6. Once set, carefully remove from the mold and slice if necessary. Enjoy!
