- 50g roasted pistachios, chopped
- 1 pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Melt the vegan chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Pour a layer of melted chocolate into a silicone mold.
- Sprinkle the chopped pistachios and add a swirl of pistachio butter.
- Cover with more melted chocolate and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set.
- Once set, carefully remove from the mold and slice if necessary. Enjoy!
