Description

Soft, chewy Twix Cookies loaded with chopped Twix bars, gooey caramel pockets, and melted chocolate in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • ¾ cup brown sugar (packed)
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1215 Twix (frozen 30 minutes, chopped)
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (optional but recommended)
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce (for dough or drizzle)
  • flaky sea salt (for topping)
  • ¼ cup toffee bits (optional)
  • extra Twix pieces (for pressing on top)
  • chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Freeze Twix bars for 30 minutes, then chop into ½-inch chunks. Reserve one-third for topping.
  2. Cream butter and both sugars for 3 minutes until light and fluffy. Mix in eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  3. Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl, then mix dry ingredients into wet just until combined.
  4. Gently fold chopped Twix (and add-ins like chocolate chips or toffee bits) into the dough without overmixing.
  5. Scoop 2-tablespoon dough balls onto parchment-lined sheets. Press extra Twix pieces on top and sprinkle flaky sea salt.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 11–13 minutes until edges are golden and centers look slightly underdone. Cool on the tray for 5 minutes.
