Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your equipment.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned, then add onions and celery.
- Pound the turkey breast to an even thickness of about ½ inch and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spread the sausage stuffing over the turkey, roll it up, and secure with kitchen twine.
- Rub melted butter over the roulade and bake for 55-60 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let the roulade rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
