- 1 cup Yellow Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 whole Avocados
- 1 large Cucumber
- 1 medium Red Onion

Instructions
- Wash and halve the red and yellow cherry tomatoes, placing them in a large mixing bowl.
- Peel and dice the avocados and slice the cucumbers into thin rounds. Add them to the bowl with the tomatoes.
