Instructions
- Process flour, sugar, and butter until crumbly, add egg to form dough. Roll out, fit into muffin pan, and chill for 2 hours.
- Heat cream, brown sugar, and granulated coffee until dissolved; stir in chopped dark chocolate until glossy.
- In a bowl, combine mascarpone, caster sugar, and vanilla; mix briefly until combined.
- Whip remaining cream until soft peaks form and fold gently into mascarpone mixture.
- Fill cooled tartlet shells with ganache, chill until set, then top with whipped mascarpone and dust with cocoa.
