Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Sweet chili sauce
  • Bell peppers
  • Carrots
  • Cucumbers
  • Whole wheat tortillas
  • Fresh cilantro or mint
  • Lime juice

Instructions

  1. Start by cutting the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add oil and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
