Description
An irresistible cookie sandwich made with salty Ritz crackers, creamy caramel, and a glossy chocolate coating, topped with sea salt.

- 30 Ritz crackers
- 24 ounces chocolate almond bark
- 1 cup soft caramels
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Sea salt for sprinkling
Instructions
- Prepare the caramel filling by placing soft caramels and heavy cream into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until smooth and glossy.
- Assemble the cracker sandwiches by spooning caramel onto half of the Ritz crackers and topping with another cracker.
- Chill the sandwiches in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Melt the chocolate almond bark according to package instructions.
- Dip each sandwich into the melted chocolate and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle sea salt on top before the chocolate sets and allow to cool completely.
Notes
Use room-temperature cream to prevent caramel from seizing. Sprinkle salt immediately after dipping while the chocolate is wet for better adherence.
