Description

An irresistible cookie sandwich made with salty Ritz crackers, creamy caramel, and a glossy chocolate coating, topped with sea salt.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 30 Ritz crackers
  • 24 ounces chocolate almond bark
  • 1 cup soft caramels
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Prepare the caramel filling by placing soft caramels and heavy cream into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until smooth and glossy.
  2. Assemble the cracker sandwiches by spooning caramel onto half of the Ritz crackers and topping with another cracker.
  3. Chill the sandwiches in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
  4. Melt the chocolate almond bark according to package instructions.
  5. Dip each sandwich into the melted chocolate and place on a lined baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle sea salt on top before the chocolate sets and allow to cool completely.

Notes

Use room-temperature cream to prevent caramel from seizing. Sprinkle salt immediately after dipping while the chocolate is wet for better adherence.
