Delicious Rice Krispie Christmas Puds for Guilt-Free Treats

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 fun size Mars Bars (approximately 78g total)
  • 2 tsp Reduced Fat Spread (used to melt the chocolate and bind the ingredients)
  • Coco Pops (can substitute with regular Rice Krispies for a less chocolatey flavor)
  • 25 g White Chocolate (for drizzling on top)
  • Red Sugar Balls (optional for visual appeal)
  • Herb Leaves or Edible Holly (optional for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Melt the Mars Bars and reduced-fat spread in a microwave-safe bowl on medium heat in 20-second intervals.
  2. Once melted, allow the mixture to cool for a minute and fold in the Coco Pops.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking tray and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  4. Once firm, roll each heap into a ball shape.
  5. Melt white chocolate and drizzle over each pudding.
