- 2 tbsp Ranch Seasoning Mix (Adjust to taste)
- 1 cup Pecans (Can substitute with walnuts or almonds)
- 2 pcs Black Olives (Serve as eyes)
- 1 pcs Cherry Tomato (Represents the reindeer’s nose)
- 2 pcs Pretzels (Function as antlers; use toothpicks for gluten-free)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat 8 ounces of softened cream cheese and 1/2 cup of sour cream until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
- Mix in 1 cup of shredded medium cheddar cheese and 2 tablespoons of ranch seasoning mix until well incorporated.
- Transfer the cheese mixture onto plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours or overnight.
- Once set, unwrap the cheese ball and roll in 1 cup of chopped pecans until fully coated.
- Decorate with pretzels for antlers, black olives for eyes, and a cherry tomato for the nose.
- Serve with an assortment of crackers, sliced vegetables, or breadsticks.
