Description

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet vegan puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 tablespoons vegan cream cheese
  • 23 tablespoons powdered sugar (icing sugar)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry or raspberry jam
  • Fresh red fruits (strawberries, raspberries, or red currants)
  • Dairy-free milk, for brushing
  • Optional: powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Mix vegan cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Roll puff pastry lightly and cut into rectangles or heart shapes. Score a border inside each piece.
  4. Spoon cream cheese mixture into the center, then top with jam.
  5. Brush edges with dairy-free milk. Bake 15–20 minutes until puffed and golden.
  6. Cool slightly, then top with fresh red fruits and dust with powdered sugar.
