- 4 tablespoons vegan cream cheese
- 2–3 tablespoons powdered sugar (icing sugar)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons strawberry or raspberry jam
- Fresh red fruits (strawberries, raspberries, or red currants)
- Dairy-free milk, for brushing
- Optional: powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Mix vegan cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Roll puff pastry lightly and cut into rectangles or heart shapes. Score a border inside each piece.
- Spoon cream cheese mixture into the center, then top with jam.
- Brush edges with dairy-free milk. Bake 15–20 minutes until puffed and golden.
- Cool slightly, then top with fresh red fruits and dust with powdered sugar.
