Instructions
- Combine the Greek yogurt in a medium mixing bowl.
- Use the empty yogurt container to measure half a can of pure pumpkin, then add it to the bowl with the yogurt.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone ice cube trays or pipe it onto wax paper.
- Freeze the treats for approximately 3 hours, or until they are solid.
