Description

Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) instant yeast
- 1 1/4 cups warm filtered water (about 100°F)
- 1/4 cup olive oil, plus more for drizzling
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary
- 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
- Optional: fresh arugula for garnish
Instructions
- Gather and measure all ingredients.
- Mix flour, yeast, salt, sugar, rosemary, and water together until a shaggy dough forms.
- Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by coating it with olive oil.
- Transfer the dough into the dish, pressing it to fill the pan.
- Cover and let rise in a warm place for 60 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Create dimples in the dough, arrange the sliced peppers and halved tomatoes, sprinkling with sea salt.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with olive oil, and optionally garnish with arugula before serving.
- Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
