Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the mini peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- Mix the pizza sauce, cooked sausage, olives, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
- Stuff each pepper half with the mixture and top with shredded mozzarella.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
