Description
Pickled Onion Deviled Eggs are a bold, creamy twist on the classic appetizer. Smooth, velvety egg yolk filling is topped with tangy pickled onions.

- 6 large eggs
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- ¼ cup pickled red onions (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, bring to a boil, then simmer until fully cooked.
- Transfer eggs to an ice bath, cool completely, peel, and slice in half lengthwise.
- Remove yolks and mash until smooth. Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and black pepper.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
- Garnish each egg with pickled onions. Serve chilled.
