Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla until smooth.
- Add rolled oats and any optional add-ins. Stir until a thick dough forms.
- If too dry, add a little more peanut butter or sweetener. If too sticky, add more oats.
- Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
