  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for a thicker glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon water (optional, for cornstarch slurry)
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

  • Orange slices, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, orange juice, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, and minced garlic.
  2. Marinate the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on a lined baking sheet. Reserve the marinade for later use.
  5. Cook the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
