Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Open the biscuit dough and separate into 8 pieces.
- Flatten each biscuit with your hands or a rolling pin to form small pizza crusts.
- Place flattened biscuits on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on each biscuit round.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the biscuits.
- Top with pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, or any toppings you prefer.
- Season lightly with oregano and garlic powder.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the biscuits are golden brown.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
