Description

Ingredients

  • 3 vanilla beans
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 splash of water

Instructions

  1. Split the vanilla beans lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.
  2. Combine seeds, beans, sugar, honey, and water in a food processor.
  3. Blend until thick and speckled.
  4. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat on low for a few minutes, stirring gently.
  5. Let it cool and transfer to a clean glass jar for storage.
