Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1½ teaspoon baking powder

  • 2 tablespoon milk (for glaze)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • Colored sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in vanilla and almond extracts.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  5. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until set but not browned. Let cool.
  6. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with milk until smooth. Dip cooled cookies into glaze and top with colored sprinkles. Let set before serving.
