- 2–3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and quarter the potatoes into evenly sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic salt, rosemary, thyme, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the potatoes to the bowl and toss until fully coated.
- Spread potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet. Roast for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese immediately after baking if using, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
