  • 1 tsp garlic salt

  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and quarter the potatoes into evenly sized pieces.
