- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press firmly into mini muffin tins to form crusts.
- In a heat-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and heavy cream. Microwave in 15-second intervals until melted and smooth; stir well.
- Spoon the chocolate mixture into each crust and top with mini marshmallows.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
