Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, soften 8 oz of cream cheese at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Grate 1 cup of sharp cheddar cheese and add it to the cream cheese. Stir until well combined.
- Sprinkle in 1 packet (1 oz) of ranch seasoning and mix thoroughly. Fold in 2 tablespoons of finely chopped green onions.
- Use your hands to shape the mixture into a ball.
