- 3 tablespoons honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and season with Cajun seasoning and a pinch of salt.
- Melt butter in a pan over low heat until golden, then whisk in honey, garlic, and lemon juice.
- Sear the salmon skin side down in the pan until crispy, or bake at 400°F (200°C) until flaky (about 10-12 minutes).
- Pour the honey butter sauce over the salmon and serve hot.
