Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry and season with Cajun seasoning and a pinch of salt.
  2. Melt butter in a pan over low heat until golden, then whisk in honey, garlic, and lemon juice.
  3. Sear the salmon skin side down in the pan until crispy, or bake at 400°F (200°C) until flaky (about 10-12 minutes).
  4. Pour the honey butter sauce over the salmon and serve hot.
