Description

Guava White Tea Lemonade is a refreshing, lightly sweet homemade drink inspired by popular Starbucks favorites.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 white tea bags (or 1 tablespoon loose-leaf white tea)
  • 1 1/2 cups water (for brewing tea)
  • 1 cup guava nectar or guava juice
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 12 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1 cup cold water (for dilution)
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional garnish: lemon slices, fresh mint

Instructions

  1. Heat water to about 175°F. Steep white tea bags for 3–4 minutes, then remove and let cool completely.
  2. In a pitcher, combine cooled white tea, guava juice, lemon juice, and sweetener. Stir well.
  3. Add cold water and ice cubes. Stir and taste, adjusting sweetness or tartness if needed.
  4. Pour into glasses filled with ice and garnish with lemon slices or mint if desired.
