- For the Meatloaf:
- 2 lbs Ground Turkey
- 1 box Stuffing Mix
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 medium Onion, finely chopped and sautéed
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced and sautéed
- For the Glaze:
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Mustard
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp Paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare your loaf pan by greasing it or lining with parchment paper.
- Sauté the finely chopped onions in olive oil or butter for about 4-5 minutes until soft. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute more. Let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, stuffing mix, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and the cooled onion-garlic mixture.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and press gently to form an even shape.
- Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes.
- Whisk together the glaze ingredients: ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, apple cider vinegar, and paprika until smooth.
- Glaze the meatloaf after 45 minutes and return to the oven for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Rest the baked meatloaf for 10 minutes before slicing.
