Ingredients

Scale
  • For the Meatloaf:
  • 2 lbs Ground Turkey
  • 1 box Stuffing Mix
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped and sautéed
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced and sautéed
  • For the Glaze:
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare your loaf pan by greasing it or lining with parchment paper.
  3. Sauté the finely chopped onions in olive oil or butter for about 4-5 minutes until soft. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute more. Let cool.
  4. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, stuffing mix, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and the cooled onion-garlic mixture.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and press gently to form an even shape.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes.
  7. Whisk together the glaze ingredients: ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, apple cider vinegar, and paprika until smooth.
  8. Glaze the meatloaf after 45 minutes and return to the oven for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  9. Rest the baked meatloaf for 10 minutes before slicing.
