Description

A creamy and spiced dip perfect for the holiday season, reminiscent of gingerbread cookies.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff (or crème)
  • 1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp almond extract (optional but delicious)
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp allspice
  • Optional: pinch of cloves
  • 23 tbsp caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Christmas sprinkles
  • One gingerbread cookie on top
  • Extra cookies around bowl for serving

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add marshmallow fluff and powdered sugar, continuing to beat.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream gently until fluffy.
  4. Mix in molasses, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and allspice.
  5. Taste and adjust spice levels as desired.
  6. Spoon the mixture into a serving bowl and swirl lightly for texture.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
  8. Add sprinkles and place a gingerbread cookie on top for decoration.
