Ingredients

- 1 cup marshmallow fluff (or crème)
- 1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp almond extract (optional but delicious)
- 2 tbsp molasses
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ tsp allspice
- Optional: pinch of cloves
- 2–3 tbsp caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- Christmas sprinkles
- One gingerbread cookie on top
- Extra cookies around bowl for serving
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add marshmallow fluff and powdered sugar, continuing to beat.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until fluffy.
- Mix in molasses, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and allspice.
- Taste and adjust spice levels as desired.
- Spoon the mixture into a serving bowl and swirl lightly for texture.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
- Add sprinkles and place a gingerbread cookie on top for decoration.
