Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are savory, bite-sized snacks featuring seasoned ground beef and melted cheddar cheese, all encased in soft dinner rolls brushed with garlic butter and topped with Parmesan. They are perfect for parties or a quick family meal.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded
- 12 soft dinner rolls
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper, then drain the fat and set aside.
- Slice the tops off the rolls and hollow out the centers gently.
- Place a cube or pinch of cheddar cheese in the bottom of each roll.
- Spoon in the beef mixture, pressing down lightly. Add more cheese on top if desired.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with garlic butter.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese and chopped parsley over each roll.
- Place the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Cool slightly and serve warm for best taste.
Notes
- For an extra kick, add some hot sauce to the beef mixture.
- These bombs can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
