- 1 sub roll, split lengthwise
- 2 oz smoked turkey breast, sliced
- 2 oz honey ham, sliced
- 2 slices Pepper Jack cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 tomato slices
- 2 pickle slices
- 1/4 small onion, thinly sliced
- Optional: dash of hot sauce or banana peppers for extra kick
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard inside the split sub roll.
- Layer turkey and ham onto the bottom half of the roll.
- Place Pepper Jack cheese on top of the meat.
- Set the sandwich open-faced on a baking sheet and bake for 6–8 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and top with shredded lettuce, tomato slices, pickle slices, and onion.
- Add hot sauce or banana peppers if desired, then close the sandwich and serve warm.

- For a spicier version, add banana peppers or hot sauce.
