Delight in these Elegant White Chocolate Mousse Tartlets, a perfect blend of buttery graham cracker crust and creamy mousse, ideal for any celebration.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs (Substitute with digestives for a different flavor.)
- 5 tablespoons Unsalted Butter (Can use salted butter if additional salt is reduced.)
- 8 ounces White Chocolate (Must contain at least 30% cocoa butter.)
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream (Coconut cream can be used as a dairy-free option.)
- 4 ounces Cream Cheese (Mascarpone cheese can be used as an alternative.)
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar (Granulated sugar may substitute if finely ground.)
- 1 cup Fresh Raspberries (Substitutes like strawberries or blueberries can be used.)
- 1/4 cup Caramel Sauce (Both homemade and store-bought options work.)
- Edible Flowers (Optional for decoration.)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until fully blended. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of tartlet pans, ensuring an even surface. Place the crusts in the refrigerator to chill for 20 minutes.
- While the crust is chilling, use a double boiler to melt the white chocolate over low heat. Stir continuously until fully melted and smooth.
- In a chilled mixing bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream using an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
- Beat together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy. Gradually fold in the melted white chocolate, then fold in the whipped cream.
- Retrieve the chilled crusts and fill them with the creamy mousse, smoothing the tops with a spatula. Return to the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Garnish each tartlet with fresh raspberries and drizzle caramel sauce over the top before serving.
