- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup cucumber, diced

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 ½ cups cooked rice or quinoa (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
- Place chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom of the dish.
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, diced cucumber, minced garlic, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Spread the tzatziki mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Scatter cherry tomatoes and feta cheese on top.
