Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g good quality kosher dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • ¼ cup chopped roasted pistachios or almonds
  • 1 teaspoon flaked sea salt
  • Optional: tiny pinch of cardamom or cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Break chocolate into little chunks and toss them into a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Add coconut oil. Melt together in 20-second bursts, stirring each time, until smooth and glossy.
  3. Sprinkle half your nuts and half your sea salt in silicone chocolate molds (or lined muffin tins).
  4. Pour the melted chocolate evenly, then scatter remaining nuts and salt on top.
  5. Chill in your fridge or freezer for at least 45 minutes.
  6. Pop out of molds gently. Enjoy!

Notes

For best results, use high-quality chocolate. You can also experiment with different toppings like dried rose petals or espresso powder.
