Description

Crock Pot Little Smokies are a simple and flavorful appetizer perfect for any gathering. These cocktail sausages are coated in a sweet and tangy sauce made with barbecue sauce and grape jelly, cooked low and slow in a crock pot until heated through and glazed.


Ingredients

  • 2 (14 oz) packages cocktail sausages (little smokies)
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup grape jelly
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add barbecue sauce, grape jelly, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper to your slow cooker.
  2. Stir until well combined.
  3. Add the cocktail sausages to the sauce mixture and stir to coat evenly.
  4. Cover with the lid and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours or HIGH for 1–2 hours until heated through.
  5. Stir occasionally to ensure the sausages are well coated with the sauce.
  6. Serve warm directly from the slow cooker or transfer to a serving dish for parties.
